Our 2024 summer family vacation covered 80+ miles of hiking throughout Yosemite, King’s Canyon, & Sequoia National Parks (as well as some jaunts through Sequoia National Forest and Sequoia National Monument).

Dominic and I took a father/son hiking trip (with my buddy, Steve) to knock one off Dominic’s bucket list. The hikes at the end of the world did not disappoint!
Jasper, Yoho, & Banff – Canadian Rockies

In the summer of 2023 we took our sons back to one of our all time favorite hiking locations in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. The hike around Lake O’Hara was quite possibly the most spectacular day hike I’ve ever done!
Iceland

Iceland made such an awesome impression on us that Gavin and I went back a second time after our family trip in the summer. Seeing the transition from summer to winter only added to the magic of one of my favorite islands!
Leadville, Colorado

A short-ish road trip with my boys, my brother, my niece, & my buddy to knock out one of our dreams, a 14er. Not only did we accomplish the goal, but we learned the awesomeness to be found in an unexpected change.
